A testament to contemporary smart living, the Ragamuffin Point project was built by Forster Constructions, fulfilling the client’s vision for a fully interactive smart home. Leveraging the sophisticated Clipsal C-Bus system overlaid with Leviton, we automated every aspect of the residence, from blinds and louvres to lighting, HVAC, security, CCTV, and AV-audio systems – even the fish tank. The integration extended to Alexa, enabling effortless voice control and a seamless user experience. The installation included 30 motion sensors and 25 E-DLT switches, ensuring that the home’s automation is so advanced, the client seldom uses the switches. Instead, the smart home operates on pre-set scenes, schedules, or motion detection, creating a feeling of ultimate luxury.
