A technology-driven coastal home.
Brought to life by Justin Lewis Building Design and Foster Constructions, the Barkers Court project eschewed traditional gas utilities in favour of an all-electric design. This project involved close coordination with a power supplier to guarantee ample power for the technology-driven home. Inspired by its coastal surroundings, the design integrated brass switches and finishes, merging cutting-edge technology with the raw and organic textures featured throughout the home.
