Gipps Street, East Melbourne

Led by architect Robert Mills and executed by PRM Constructions, the Gipps Street project consisted of three distinct tenancies with unique requirements and designs. Each tenancy featured bespoke interiors, blending timeless architecture with smart technology. We installed a state-of-the-art home theatre system with invisible speakers integrated seamlessly into the plaster, a fully integrated lighting and climate control system with built-in thermostats for comfortable living year-round, and engraved brass switches that worked harmoniously with the high-end stylistic elements of the home.
